Posted September 14, 2006. Hi , I also have the same problem with my C4 service spanner light. After its reset it works until the second or third time the car is started then comes on again. My dealer claims to have contacted Citroen and insists that they do not have a fix for this problem at this moment in time. Quote.

Remove the blend door actuator: The actuator is placed on or beside the heater box. Remove the wiring clips with a screwdriver. You need to be gentle; these clips can be brittle and break.
