The Rochan Brick Factory is a location within Kyrat in Far Cry 4. If the player chooses to side with Amita after the City of Pain mission, leading to the mission Advanced Chemistry, they will be tasked with securing the brick factory. Progress not saving. I make progress in the game, save then close and the next time I open it the progress is gone. I tried turning off cloud sync in the Ubisoft connect app but that doesn't change anything. Already searched the internet for help to no avail. I can't play the game like this, if anyone knows whats happening hmu.

Press ESC and there should be an option in the menu. I think it might be disabled when you're on a story mission, I'm not certain of that though.

The first place you can save the game's progress is Banapur village, after finishing the starting mission. If you've played the game "3-4 times", and only have 1.9 hours played, you've probably never got that far. There's also no "extra, crap layer of DRM" unless you're referring to Steam. It's a Uplay game, so requires Uplay.
Go To. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames. In the folder that is all numbers and letters, open that. For me inside that folder its folder 856 for Farcry 4. Copy that over where you want to back it up and be sure to put it back in that same folder where you found it when you want to.
