These all appeared at the same time and the car behaved oddly for a short time. The yellow DSC light flashed as if DSC was correcting wheel spin and the brake pedal became weak. 328i E93 N51 fuel pump troubleshooting. Car: 2010 328i convertible, N51 engine. Background: Car stopped at the red light abruptly with no warnings and it hasn't started in two weeks. Cranking under the hood but the engine doesn't start. Objective of this thread: Rule out fuse pump as an issue.

Once the (BMW specific) codes are known here are some other areas to check. 1.Disconnect blue IBS connection in the battery box and attempt to restart. 2. Disconnect MAF sensor and attempt to start. 3. Inspect/Test all fuses related to engine and fuel pump (engine) 4,11,12,16,17,37,38,39,70,89 (fuel pump) 33,67,70.

One of the basic electrical checkups you can do in a car is to use a multimeter to measure the resting voltage—the voltage across the battery terminals with the car off. It should be about 12.6 volts.

Car has died twice last weak with increased battery discharge warning. Noteworthy is I did a 3500 mile round trip, low RPM to MAX MPG, AC on 50% of time along with Dash Cam and radar. Shortly before this video ran it 10 miles with AC MAX, battery was 100% according to tender. OBD last showed a missing alternator. RLmwrEs. 2 114 307 489 45 38 326 353 406
