i have Honda accord 2013 EX-L 4 cylinder i turn it on and i drive it with no problem to supermarket after half hour i back to my car when i switched on i see the RPM goes up about 1500 , 2000 rpm and then goes down and it's turn off in less than 1 second. i check it with OBD2 which give me this code p2101 " Throttle Actuator System Malfunction

The original part number was 14310-R44-A01 and the replacement (as of some time in March of 2016) is 14310-R5A-305. There is a Honda Service Bulletin that details the repair, and a link has been posted below to the most current version at the time I posted this, which is March 17, 2016.
